Welcome to LuvIQ, the self-discovery and relationship intelligence app that helps you uncover your ideal partner, understand your own psychology, and improve your dating decisions emotionally attuned content.

By accessing or using the LuvIQ mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

1. Overview

These Terms apply to your use of the LuvIQ app, owned and operated by Compelling Proposal (“we,” “us,” “our”). LuvIQ is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Eligibility

To use LuvIQ, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country). By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

LuvIQ offers paid subscriptions for full access to app features.

a) Billing

All payments are securely processed through:

Apple App Store (for iOS)
Google Play Store (for Android)

We do not collect or store your payment information directly.

b) Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You can manage your subscription via your App Store or Google Play account settings.

c) Refunds

All refunds are handled in accordance with Apple and Google’s refund policies. We do not offer refunds directly.

4. User Data & Privacy

Your use of LuvIQ is governed by our Privacy Policy. We only collect the minimum amount of personal data necessary to operate the app and provide personalized insights. We never sell your data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, assessments, visuals, code, branding, and educational material within the app are protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law. You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce any part of the app without express permission.

6. Disclaimers

LuvIQ provides guidance for entertainment, insight, and self-reflection. It is not a replacement for professional psychological, therapeutic, or medical advice.

We make no guarantees about relationship outcomes or user satisfaction.

Use of the app is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LuvIQ and its affiliates are not liable for:

Emotional outcomes, relationship decisions, or user actions
Service interruptions, bugs, or content errors
Indirect or consequential damages from use of the app

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuing use of the app.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or misuse the app
Harass or impersonate others
Upload offensive or unlawful content
Attempt to bypass subscriptions or manipulate app logic

Violation of these rules may result in account termination.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if we detect misuse, abuse, or legal noncompliance.

You may cancel your account or delete your data at any time from the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be announced via the app or website. Continued use of LuvIQ after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. For users in the European Union, additional protections may apply under GDPR and the Digital Services Act.
